1. Specifications and Dimensions: Total length is 2250 mm (including headboard), total width is 1050 mm (including guardrails), and bed surface height is 450-680 mm. 2. Lifting Functions: (1) Backrest lifting function: Backrest lifting angle 0-75°±5°;
(2) Leg bending function: Leg lifting angle 0-30°±5°;
(3) Lifting function: Adjustment range 450-680mm;
(4) Forward/backward tilt: 0-15°; 3. Bed Frame: (1) The bed frame is welded from 30*60*1.2mm (thick) formed square tubes. The bed body uses advanced automatic welding technology, laser cutting, and high-quality welding. The bed frame and bed surface are flat and fully welded, with strong welds and smooth seams. The bed body is sturdy and durable, with a load capacity of ≥200 kg; the bed body has reserved holes for infusion stands.
(2) The bed legs are welded from integral rectangular tubes, which enhances the stability of the bed body; 4. Bed Board: (1) The bed surface is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, stamped in one piece, with a thickness of 1.0 mm, and a multi-hole concave design for good breathability and anti-slip function. The surface has no welds, and the back has steel pipe reinforcing ribs. A double-support unloading structure is used to extend the service life of the bed body.
(2) The rear top can bear ≥150kg; 5. Manufacturing Process: (1) Pipe Cutting: The steel pipes and sheet metal parts used in the product are cut using a laser pipe cutting machine, effectively ensuring the accuracy of the workpiece; (Laser on-site operation pictures can be provided)
(2) Robot cluster welding is used, and the welding process uses mixed gas protection. The welds are smooth, beautiful, and free of oxide film; (Robot on-site operation pictures can be provided)
(3) Carbon Steel Surface Treatment: Completed in one go using a proprietary fully automatic electrostatic powder coating line. The coating is uniform, antibacterial, acid and alkali resistant, corrosion resistant, and not easy to fade. Before spraying, a high-speed sandblasting machine is used to remove rust. The entire bed’s metal surface treatment involves eleven processes: degreasing, cleaning, acid pickling and rust removal, cleaning, neutralization treatment, surface treatment, phosphating treatment, cleaning, drying, electrostatic powder coating, and high-temperature baking. It is cured through a fully automatic spraying line. Zinc-based phosphating materials are used to prevent rusting on the inner walls of the material. The coating has strong adhesion, is smooth and even, and corrosion-resistant, extending the service life of the bed. 6. Control: Electric backrest lifting, leg lifting, and overall lifting. The overall lifting height is 220 mm (minimum bed surface height from the ground is 430 mm, maximum bed surface height from the ground is 650 mm), the backrest lifting range is 75°±5°, the leg lifting range is 30°±5°, and the front/rear tilt angle is 0-15°. The control system and hand controller are used to perform various functions of the medical bed, including backrest lifting (up and down), leg bending and extension (up and down), overall lifting (up and down), front and rear tilting, and function buttons. The bed’s static load capacity is ≥260KG; 7. Headboard and Footboard: The headboard and footboard are made of high-quality ABS engineering plastic, convenient for medical staff to operate, with a seamless design, easy to clean, stable and reliable, and not easily deformed. The outside of the footboard has an information card slot and symmetrical quick-release hook seats for quick disassembly, meeting clinical emergency needs. Both sides of the bed are equipped with anti-collision wheels; the footboard is equipped with a control screen. 8. Guardrails: (1) Standard new four-piece split lifting guardrails are installed on both sides of the bed body, which can move synchronously with the bed body functions. The guardrails are made of one-piece injection molding and automatically lock when lifted. When lowered, they can be hidden under the bed board, achieving zero-gap transfer. This maximizes patient safety. The upper part of the guardrail has an easy-to-grip shape and can be used as an aid for patients to stand up.
(2) Safety guardrails with assisted gas springs are easy to operate. The guardrails cannot be opened by applying pressure from the inside out; they can only be opened by applying pressure from the outside in. The guardrail effective height is ≥300mm (effective height refers to the height from the bed board to the upper edge of the guardrail, not the overall height of the guardrail). The guardrail installation position conforms to international standards, effectively preventing patients from opening the guardrail on their own and falling out of bed.
(3) Angle indicators are provided at all four corners of the guardrail, clearly displaying the lifting angle of the backrest and the tilting angle of the bed.
(4) The rear guardrail has buttons for convenient operation. 9. Casters: Diameter ≥5 inches, double-sided central control casters, with a central braking function at the foot of the bed, one-foot brake, four-wheel braking, good silent effect, strong braking ability, flexible and reliable rotation, the casters are firmly assembled with the bed frame, the bed body will not slide relatively after braking, and pushing and pulling are convenient. The main frame and wheel core of the casters are made of PA6 material, which has strong load-bearing capacity, is oil-resistant, wear-resistant, drug-resistant, and chemically corrosion-resistant, ensuring the service life of the casters. The wheel surface material is wear-resistant TPR, which is oil-resistant, waterproof, drug-resistant, and mildew-proof. It also has good shock absorption and noise reduction effects. The casters are equipped with precision bearings to reduce noise and improve the overall smoothness of the casters. 10. Mattress: (1) Thickness 80 mm; overall specifications are consistent with the bed body.
(2) Special medical mattress;
(3) The inner layer uses sponge and coconut fiber material, which has good breathability and fits the bed body.
(4) The outer cover is flexibly removable for convenient clinical care and hygienic cleaning; 11. Drainage Hooks: Drainage hooks are provided on both sides of the bed board, located below the left and right hip guard plates, for convenient hanging of items.
