Gait training aids for hemiplegic children, walking aids, standing and walking activity training frames.

Walking aids are rehabilitation devices that mechanically support and forcefully maintain an upright position. They are primarily used to improve abnormal muscle tone and skeletal development problems in individuals with lower limb dysfunction. Their core functions include preventing muscle atrophy, promoting bone density maintenance, improving cardiopulmonary and digestive system function, and enhancing patients’ psychological adaptability through posture transition training. Depending on the degree of functional impairment, the devices are available in three basic configurations: forward-leaning, upright, and supine. The forward-leaning type enhances extensor muscle antigravity training through a 30°-40° tilt angle, while the supine type is suitable for rehabilitation of children with severe cerebral palsy.
